Pima County Celebrates Bike Month!
Yes, April is Bike Month, and Pima County Health Department and Department of Environmental Quality are sponsoring bike-related events to celebrate the benefits of cycling.
To find out more about events available such as a free BICAS Bike Repair Workshop, or participate in a Clean Air Challenge by sharing why you love to ride your bike (and a chance to win a prize!) check out the Pima County bulletin HERE.
And although I don’t currently bike, I take advantage of The Loop walking and bike path almost daily. If you would like to learn more about The Loop, check out THIS PAGE, and scroll down for FAQs and more!
There is also a Pima County The Loop Interactive Map HERE. You can type in an address, and it will even show you the location in relation to The Loop. The interactive map will show you any closures or warnings along the path and may help you redirect your route if necessary.
Cool tip: The map shows locations of Farmers Markets located nearby! Load up your backpack with market goodies before you peddle home!
We continue to experience ideal outdoor temperatures and now is the time to take advantage of outdoor activities that are not only budget friendly, but health friendly!
And if you are ready to become more financially focused, I can help. We can talk about where you are with money and what steps you can take to improve your financial health!
